1. How do I make a reservation?


You can book your private sailing charter in Menorca directly on our website by paying a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the charter by card or cash.
You may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

2. How is the route (North or South coast) decided?


The route depends on the duration of the charter (4 or 8 hours) and on sea and weather conditions.
Our professional skippers check the forecast the day before and choose the best area to ensure a calm and enjoyable experience.
Departing from the Port of Mahón (Maó) allows us to select the optimal route every day.

3. What is included in the price?


All our private charters in Menorca include:

4. What does the local aperitif include?


A light tasting of Menorcan and Balearic products such as Mahón cheese, carn-i-xua, breadsticks, almonds, olives and quince paste.
It is a small aperitif to discover local flavours, not a full meal.

5. What cold drinks are included?


The cooler includes complimentary drinks: beer, white wine, Coca-Cola, Aquarius and water.
If you would like something special, we offer catering options and wine lists as extras.

6. What should I bring on the trip?


We recommend bringing:
* Swimwear
* Towel
* Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)
* Light clothing
* Mobile phone or camera

7. Can we bring our own food and drinks?


Yes, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.
We also offer catering options on request, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives.

8. What is the cancellation policy?


* More than 30 days before the charter: 100% refund of the amount paid.
* More than 7 days before the charter: 100% refund minus 10% administrative fees.
* Within 7 days before the charter: no refund, except in duly justified cases (illness, flight cancellation or force majeure). In these cases, we refund the amount paid minus 10% administrative fees.

9. What happens if the weather is uncertain?


Sea conditions in Menorca can be affected by previous days’ wind, even on calm-looking days.
We monitor official forecasts and keep you informed.
The skipper always has the final decision for safety and comfort.
If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or refund 100% of the deposit.

10. Are children allowed?


Yes, families with children are welcome.
Our boats are stable and comfortable, and life jackets for children are available.
Please let us know their ages when booking.

11. Can I book last minute?


Yes, subject to availability.
You can call us or contact us via WhatsApp.
During high season, we recommend booking in advance.

12. Do you offer only private charters?


Yes. All our experiences are 100% private.
The boat and skipper are exclusively for your group.

13. Do I need sailing experience?


No. All charters include a professional skipper, so you can simply relax and enjoy.

14. Where do we depart from?


All charters depart from the Port of Mahón (Maó), the largest natural harbour in Europe and the ideal starting point to sail to the north or south coast of Menorca.

15. Can you help with special requests?


Yes. We can help organise celebrations, catering, transfers and special requests to make your sailing experience truly memorable.

16. What time do charters start?


Departure time depends on your booking (4 or 8 hours).
The exact time is confirmed at the time of reservation.

17. Can we use snorkelling gear and paddle board?


Of course. All equipment is included so you can enjoy snorkelling and paddle boarding in some of Menorca’s most beautiful coves.

18. How can I pay for the charter?


Bookings made through the website require a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the charter by card or cash.

19. What time does the excursion start?


* Morning and full-day charters depart at 10:00
* Afternoon charters depart at 15:00

20. Are the llauts restored? What makes them special?


Yes. All our traditional Menorcan llauts have been carefully restored by specialist shipwrights and caulkers with extensive experience in wooden boats.
Every winter, the boats are taken out of the water for full maintenance at our own facilities, ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety, and aesthetics for every charter.
Sailing on a llaut offers a unique experience: a stable, elegant and authentic boat that reflects Menorca’s maritime heritage and allows for relaxed and comfortable navigation.

Cancel conditions

 

1. If you cancel your booking

  • More than 30 days before the charter: Full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
  • Between 30 and 7 days before the charter: Full refund minus 10% for administrative costs.
  • Within 7 days prior to departure (including the charter day): Non-refundable, except in duly justified and documented cases (illness, flight cancellations, force majeure). In these cases, we refund the amount paid minus 10% administrative costs.

2. In case of bad weather

We follow the official marine forecast from AEMET and the professional judgment of our skippers. If conditions are not suitable, we will first try to reschedule your trip. If this is not possible, we will refund 100% of the deposit.

  • Strong swell – waves over 1.5 m
  • Strong wind above 22 knots
  • Heavy rain forecast for more than 20% of the trip
  • Or when the skipper considers the experience unsafe or clearly uncomfortable.

 Light rain or local showers, without strong wind or swell, are not considered bad weather.

 

3. If we have to cancel

Although it is uncommon, technical issues or force majeure situations may arise. If we have to cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

  •  A similar vessel (if available)
  • The possibility to change the date
  • Or a 100% refund of the deposit

Cancellations or modifications are managed by email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (depending on bank processing times).
